Robert T. Williams, Sr. (Theo)

Theo graduated from Airport High School in 1969. He attended Clemson University, graduating in 1973 with a degree in Secondary Education(History). He completed his education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1976. Theo is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the South Carolina Association for Justice. As well as practicing in the South Carolina Courts, Theo is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Theo has maintained a practice in Lexington since 1976 focusing primarily in the areas of criminal law, traffic cases, personal injury, pardons, criminal appeals, post-conviction relief and civil litigation.  

Jonathan R. Hendrix (Jon)

Jon graduated from Chester High School in 1968. Jon received his BA Degree in History from Clemson University in 1972. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1976 where he was a member of the Wig and Robe and received the American Jurisprudence award in Contracts. Jon is a member of the Lexington Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Injured Worker's Advocates Association, South Carolina Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. As well as practicing in the South Carolina Courts, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Jon focuses his practice in the areas of workman's compensation, personal injury, social security and disability law and civil litigation. 

Carolyn B. Steigner (Carol)

Carol graduated from Lee High School in Springfield, Virginia in 1963. Carol received her BA degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina in 1975 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1978. She is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Association for Justice, the Family Law Section of the South Carolina Bar Association and is past President of the Lexington County Bar Association. In addition to her private practice, Carol has previously served as counsel for the Department of Social Services in Lexington, McCormick, Edgefield and Saluda Counties. Carol's current focus is domestic relations and family law. Carol is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, as well as all South Carolina Courts. 

W. Lisa Brink (Lisa)

Lisa graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio in 1974 with BS in Psychology. She attended the Claude Pettit School of Law at Ohio Northern University, graduating in 1976. Lisa became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1977 and has practiced in Lexington County since 1978. Lisa is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association; the South Carolina Bar Association; Real Property, Trust and Estate section of the American Bar Association; Probate Section of the Lexington County Bar and the American Bar Association. Lisa is admitted to practice in the courts of South Carolina as well as the US District Court, United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Lisa maintains a practice in the areas of probate law, wills, trusts and estate law, real estate and corporate law. 

Daun C. Steigner (Daun)

Daun graduated from Irmo High School in 1984.Daun received her BA degree in History from the University of South Carolina in 1989 and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1993. While there, she received the American Jurisprudence awards for Trial Advocacy, Equities and Remedies and Mock Trial. Daun has previously served as co-counsel for the South Carolina Department of Social Services in Lexington, McCormick, Edgefield and Saluda Counties. She also had the privilege of clerking for the late Honorable Marc H. Westbrook. Daun is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Injured Worker's Advocate Association. Daun is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, the United State Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Daun currently handles personal injury, worker's compensation, social security and disability law, and civil litigation. 

Daniel K. Kienker (Dan)

Dan grew up in Hendersonville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Political Science. While attending UNC, he was Class President, member of Student Government and a participant in the Model United Nations held in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation, he entered active military service with the United States Air Force serving in worldwide assignments to include the Republic of Korea, The Federal Republic of Germany, Saudi Arabia and Honduras. He retired in 1997 with the full rank of Colonel and entered the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2000. Dan is a member of the Lexington County Bar and the South Carolina Bar. Dan is admitted to practice before the United States District Court. Dan's current focus is primarily domestic relations and family law. 

Benjamin A. Stitely (Ben)

Ben attended the University of Florida and graduated with honors receiving degrees in Political Science and Economics in 2003. He attended law school in Virginia at the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating in 2006. While in law school, Ben clerked with the Virginia Office of the Capital Defender and with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission. Ben became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2006. Ben is a member of the Lexington Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and South Carolina Association for Justice. Ben focuses on matters of criminal law, traffic cases, personal injury, post-conviction relief, and civil litigation.  

Jennifer A. Butler (Jennifer)

Jennifer graduated from Brookland-Cayce High School in 1999. She attended the University of Mississippi School of Business Administration, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Marketing. She completed her education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2006. She is a member of the Lexington Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the South Carolina Bar Association. Jennifer's current focus is domestic relations and family law. Jennifer has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court.
